improving haste is it possible do more action for round? or it just for the queque system?

The higher your haste, the more likely you'll have actions before the enemy will. Enemies that have a VERY high haste rating like bosses, can take possibly more actions between your party members.

So it's one thing to keep in mind, as you level up your characters and get better gear, consider einhancements that have haste on them.
