What worries me is that allies who arent in the party don't lvl up? Meaning, it is worse than FFX swapping. Why would anyone let something like this happen is a mystery to me.
to add replay value... if u wanna try other team comp, then do it on NG+ or on another playthrough.

Also the fact that you have to grind for characters that are not in active use? Boy oh boy, prepare to spend a long time doing the same thing over and over.
hmm 20 hours for a 30 dollar game sounds alright i suppose.
Just a couple of ideas I think could work I've seen in other games.

pause before a new boss/dungeon and grind some lvls
they said in the next day or so
