Tips on taking down the slime boss in the sewers

or alternatively just go and get another level or so and beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of it
i dont recall having much difficulties taking it on at lvl 15 with bretty monika gully party
or try upgrading gear, it matters a lot

It's a level 13 boss, currently I'm on 10 and I almost had it... Got him down to around 40% of his max life by just letting Garrison bleed him out while Gully tanked and Calibretto healed and casted buffs... I figured I'd play it safe because I knew I wasn't going to kill him on level 10...

If I came back on 12 I could probably take him out... level up.

This boss is really dumb, no tactics involved, just constant beating, really disappointed

Healing is reduced by 50%, but shields are not. So Gully's shields are awesome for this boss. You want to be beating on him as much as possible and not caught in a defensive style battle (due to being underleveled or geared) as being on defensive will just get you killed slowly but surely.

Use Shields and Monika's green bomb can clear parties poison.

You need gully for this... spam shields and more shields don't worry about overcharge too much since you will sleep after the fight if you're running low. Also, having Red Monika can help with clearing debuffs from entire party.
