Just run the hardest possible dungeon for money on Legendary that you can clear easily. The amount of money you get per run really jump when you get to The Dig. Both Lycan fort and Junktown are just too obnoxious with their pathing to be worth farming.

the devs are suppose to patching the game soon to increase loot drops in general. I'm itching to play but i am waiting for this supposed patch before i start playing again, to get all the benefits from the patch early on.
