Go to the place when you met Halumon for the first time near the village
There is a well, with a voice asking for money and items

SPOILER ALERT its i think on the same spot where u use the dead heart for the first time to pass the gate, there is a well, u will need a handle, the ladder from junktown, a lot of gold and some specific items u can eat to fight him

Oh so much work... you need around 1600 gold, a soup slop from tavern, a junker stew and a scummy grog from tha bar on northeast from main city, and the ladder from junk town...
