Dragon Heart Phylactery missing?

Opened all mana chests, have the Dragon scales but no Dragon Heart Phylactery which is the last piece to Gully's weapon. Any ideas?

Dragon Heart Phylactery - Loot this from the northern most chest in the Deep Snow (north of the Mana Rifts dungeon). Requires five mana shards to open (which are found in the dungeon).

Yep, looted them all. Still don't have it .... don't know if they reset at all eventually? I've done the Mana Rift dungeon on hard now on legendary, well stocked up with what i need just can't get the Dragon Heart

This was actually misnamed and was fixed in the patch. The Dragon Heart Phylactery and the Dragon Scales were actually swapped. If you read the lore entry about her legendary weapons that one points out the correct places to find each thing (you actually get the scales in that chest)

If you previously looted the phylactery in that chest, and you look in your inventory youll notice that you have the dragon scales now instead

I'm still lost on where i should now acquire the Draon Heart Phylactery then? I've tried searching google and reading in the game but not sure where they are located since i've looted the mana chest etc...?

Go to Iron Outpost, find the Bevelros? in his Sarcophagus.

(ideally refuse to let him out, kill his weakened form to get the extra bestiary and then run the dungeon again until he shows up again)

Release him from his cage. He disappears.

Go to Deadwatch, find him again there. Fight his full form, he drops the item for Gully's glove.
