There was a map that the demo had which made you start as zulu in 1 continent with another, with chinese and japanese on the north continent what happend to it in the full version?

You pretty much can't have island maps with large landmasses. I've seen a few with medium, but those are pretty rare.

And, I've recently misplaced my island map code list again.
