Anyhoo, if we can stop shouting, I think you'd get further by describing what happens so that people can help you with the problem.

I know for a fact that the game runs on Windows 10, because I've been playing it for four hours on my Windows 10-system. Besides, it uses DOSBox, which is Windows 10 compatible. So there must be something else wrong on your end.

What else would you expect? This is about making a classic game available for modern systems. Capitalism Lab is what you want if you're after an updated version.

It is not running on my Windows 10 desktop either. DOSBox freezes as soon as it is run. Yay.

I discovered my problem; maybe it will help others. DOSBox was crashing trying to calibrate a joystick. I set joysticktype=none in the configuration files to get around that. Then, when it loaded it would not recognize my mouse. I set fullscreen=false and that worked. (I edited both the DOSBox and Cap files.)

The game seems to work for me now except it won't recognize my keyboard. I tried messing with the set keyboard setting (which was "none") to both "auto" and "us103" but to no avail. IIRC, you only used the keyboard to name your corporation.

Still, I'm a bit bummed it's not responding. If anyone has ideas for keyboard recognition, I'd love to hear them.

If you are having problems, it is likely a problem between DOSBox and your OS, so I recommend going to the DOSBox forums for help.

The game works fine for me in Windows 10. Try right clicking the shortlink to the game on the desktop, opening the folder location and finding the link for the actualy game executable. Right click this, tick the run as admin box and then change the compaitibility mode to windows 7.
