However, unlike the Quiver which also provides shockwave damage, the books of fire/ice feel really bad. I mean, if I can keep shooting fire/ice bolts 100% of the time, why would I ever use a book with only 30% chance of shooting those bolts?
So thats when you use the Book most of the time.
But right now in Massacre there is no Slot for a Card like Books of Ice/Fire.
But if i get it right splash or in particular Orb cant asume target and 50+50 should guarantee no elementless attacks but still normal orbs and splashes happen and fairly often.
Is it 50% on stack from first book equiped and if it dont proc second book gets chance to roll its dice? Feels like mix of those on basic attack too as if it chooses 'right' element and roll its 0.4 and then has 0.4 of unrolled to get off element.
I can get behind 40% of getting good normal attack and 24% to get complete fizzle but for orbs and splashes seeing nonelementals after spending 2 slots sololy for enchancements is fairly disheartening. Wish nonelemental mobs got those 80% chance to get speciall bolt instead of 66% if what my guesss is correct...
