You guys are so clever. =3
Please take my heartfelt support. This situation on steam is nothing short of incremental discrimination. Your tasteful and heartfelt works can only be described as art, and it is a shame you have to confront these troubles.
The current version available for sale on Denpasoft indeed works with the newest game. I guess backers should also receive the newest version for download by now?
But now upon clicking the files in my downloads folder Windows is insisting it's saving my computer from harm by not opening them... I'm not really sure how all this works but I've honestly never had Windows Defender go out of its way to prevent an application before. Should there not be a built-in security key or something in these files? Not the first independent source I've downloaded, but it is the first one to scare my computer....
EDIT: Ok, so I did bypass Defender and it seems to have installed without a hitch. But I had already finished EXTRA before installing and now it claims any save file I load may corrupt the game. Are all these saves necessarily worthless now?
It seems that Denpasoft has removed the patch. The link doesn't work for me.
For anyone wondering when does that happen:: this "early event" scene actually happens on day 24th almost 3 hours into the story lol.
I had to spend 40 minutes speed-running through the dialogues and spoiling the story just to confirm if the patch was active or not. This is not ideal right? I think a display message in the options menu showing if the patch is active or not should be implemented in the game.
