The Campaign Single Player is about 8-12 hours however there's a lot of stuff to do afterwards like side quests etc... there's also alot of unlockables if you want to go 100% on everything. It will take quite a while.
Also remember there are a ton of side quests as well.
Nothing too hard about it, and the game in general is easy. In all honesty, the AI when it comes to enemies, is pretty stupid. And the "End Game" boss (won't say who due to spoilers) only needs their arms cut off, to expose their weak point, and is really the only "Giant" with any note-worthy AI.
I also did not play on "Easy" mode, because "easy" mode is for people who don't play games. Didn't really notice if there was a hard difficulty either, if there was/is, I didn't bother, because a game's difficulty/replayability is pretty much done the first playthrough, and if "hard" mode, or harder modes weren't there to begin with, not worth "my time" to replay it again, as I myself would just get bored.
Working on Expedition now, but ONLY because of Hange Zoe. Best char NA.
