Someone translated these back when the Japanese version came out (English names of these skills weren't translated).Kudos to jeef91 of Gamefaqs. Their 7th skill is unique to them.
So now no worries about who to main

Eren
1) decreases his leadership stat (this skill is replaced by the titan transformation skill after you reach a certain point in story mode)
2) allows you to do a more powerful attack if you approach a titan from above.
3) movement doesn't slow down even if you are low on health
4) can boost twice in a row
5) Team special move (R2 special move) last longer
6) allows character to do a special spinning attack. Damage increases the further away you are from the titan
7) Increases his attack damage each time you activate the team special

Mikasa
1) allows you to do additional consecutive attacks (mash the attack button after you first attack connects)
2) allows you to do a more powerful attack if you approach a titan from above.
3) Team special move (R2 special move) last longer
4) can boost twice in a row

3) can change blades in the air. If done while anchored to a titan then the character will throw the blades at the titan for pretty good damage
4) allows you to do a more powerful attack if you approach a titan from above.
