Does it have English dub? Or is the voice acting only Japanese

Honestly the argument about reading it as opposed to a good English dub for the game is not really an argument at all, why? Well if they hire a completely new voice actor team for the English dub, and use well know voice actors in the industry, and hire a good team to translate the Japanese script, then the English dub would be just as good as the Japanese VO and there really is no comparison in having good VO or reading subtitles.

At least that's my oppinion and that is why I won't be buying this game because the developer obviously felt that their English audience would not be profitable enough to warrant the cost of doing what I suggested above when they did the port to English...

but i preferer Eng. Dub too! it cant be that hard since the Anime is already dubbed in English, if haters dont like the dub, then FU!! I do and i cant read the subs while playing in combat so yeah, wtf ever!

I want Eng. Dubbed Audio, if i have to mod it in myself from the anime (if noone else has) then ill just do it my self pulling the Eng. dialogue from the Tv Series as i own the full (1-4 seasons (4 once released, ) and ill keep it to my f**king self!!!

this is ridiculous. it's a personal preference, that's all. I generally prefer original voices in movies, but for anime scenes i take what doesn't distract me from the scene (such as bad acting), and for many people it's understandable to favour their own language

I understand the need for an english dub but honestly i never had a problem with keeping up with the story while fighting lots of action scenes; of course it can be annoying to get vital information in the middle of fighting but if one has read at least one sentence in their lifes, this really shouldn't be as much of a problem for anyone. Except of course, theres some sort of reading comprehension issues

From a marketing perspective, i don't think it would have made a big difference for the publisher to invest into an expensive english dub for the 2% of buyers who actually need it; I don't think it would have turned into profit making an english dub specifally compared to what it costs to make

Funnily enough, in germany, people also wanted a german dub for Grand Theft Auto because they were annoyed with constant reading and again, this was a comparibly small amount of people considering how many copies were sold nontheless. The Problem here is that theres a lot of people simply refusing to learn english because "i live in germany i don't need english"

Since japanese obviously isn't english, it's a tad different but again i gotta say that this in fact is a japanese game and they didn't even need to release it to the west, i'm glad theres an english UI lol; knowing Koei Tecmo they usually don't bother with anything besides the absolute minimum
