it says there in the text that im not talking about the end stats
Ah ok. Your text is confusing. Kill subjugation is ranked by Complete, Superior and Efficient - not S, A or C.
i get gold all the time but im talking about the perfect kills, the superior subjugations not just subjugation complete :) im sorry for calling it S haha as i said im an idiot
yes im an idiot haha, yeah im talking about superior, efficient and complete :) i try to get superior subjugations but i strugle a bit with it haha
Keep in mind some of them may only appear during a side mission, so make sure you complete those too.
Usually what I do when I start a map is to kill some titans nearby, and then work my way towards a character with the green smoke signal on the map. As I make my way to them, I'll kill more titans along the way.
If you're referring to the "complete subjugation" thing when you kill them, don't mess up any attacks on them. If you forget to boost before attacking them, or you forget to attack and instead just bump into them, or you attacked their right arm from the left side, it'll count as a failed attack.
When you're latched onto them, make sure the circle target is red, meaning you have LOS, or line-of-sight, with that part of the body. If it's grey, that means you don't have a clear LOS to it, and you'll likely flub the attack.
Oh, and don't let them grab you. Those will also count against you when you finally take them down.
If you play a character that can order their allies to attack for you, their missed attacks don't count against you, but if they kill it, you can also earn the reward this way, provided you didn't screw up any attacks on it yourself, or got grabbed by the titan.
Another weird thing is if there are several titans in close proximity to each other, your attacks on one will also hit another titan, but you may get the "didn't focus on part" message, even though you weren't targeting that second titan. Fortunately these situations aren't common, and worst case you can attempt to seperate them before attacking them by taunting one and having it chase after you to lure it away from the group. Just make sure you're not the only snack around, or they may all chase after you anyway.
Sometimes, bumping into them and not swinging the sword doesn't count as a failed attack. So if you think you're going to miss, don't swing your sword.
1. If your ODM not have fast reel stat, then use gas boost when target the nape.
2. If your ODM have fast reel stat, only attack under 10 meter range.
3. Can be said, Press attack under 10meter to make sure critical attack.
(the Red Damage show that you are dealing massive damage and critical slash. This are included in good subjugation point)
4. Do not fail your attack. (late press attack button, or hit by other body part)
5. When target some body parts, make sure the reel is wired to the target. Sometime you change target mid air, but the wire still with the previous target. So press Fire Anchor once you target new body part. If you attack a body part that not targeted, it will score, but not perfect.
6. You get hit.
7. Anchor snapped by Titan or Wire auto-break because the endurance reach 0.
(Yes, Anchor wire has it endurance, you can't wired to a titan for eternity.)
Thanks, yeah i wanna get better at getting the superior subjugation medals
You get failed attack if you:
1. Didn't hit part. Usually caused by attacking when target reticle is gray or some non-damageable part obstructs your blades. In case of armoured titan, armoured plates can cause this.
2. Have not enough speed when attacking. Means you didn't give enough time for gear to give you to speed by either maneuvering, attacking from close distance without using boost.
3. Attack with broken blades. Don't forget to replace them...
That's it. Missing titan completely will not yield you failed attack so you can still get perfect subjugation. Hitting titan with yourself without attacking won't reduce subjugation rank either. In all failed cases you will see a word like "Not enough speed" or "Didn't focus on part" or such when hitting titan.
You get "grabbed N times" only when you get grabbed. Not hit by punch/kick. Even if you were in grab for just a moment, it still counts as you were grabbed.
If you get hit, not grabbed, you can still have perfect subjugation.
P.S. Levy/Jean/Erwin's blade throw when replacing blades does not reduce subjugation rank even if you didn't hit damagable part.
thanks! i tought it was that it had to be kinda a flowing subugation and i couldnt touch the ground or something so i just tried to be super fast on changing between limbs, so naturally i would get 1 or 2 mistakes every once in a while. but i have gotten superior medals with getting 1 miss before so still confused on that :P
