Not the original soundtrack

I am REEEEAAALLLLYYYY disappointed that this game doesn't feature the original soundtrack of the anime by Hiroyuki Sawano. It's such a good soundtrack and I have listened to it many times. I hope somebody makes a music mod eventually.

If this game had AT LEAST, DOA and Reluctant heroes, this would have been insanely epic adventure, but nope. -.-

It's a half decent approximation of the original anime's ssound, but does not have the same epic, recognizeable, grandiose themes that anyone who's seen the show will remember. The original soundtrack is really memorable and while the game's soundtrack sounds a lot like it, it's not memorable at all.

I personally find it utterly boring when a game based on an anime franchise just outright uses the anime songs on it. I already got tired of the anime songs by the time I'm done with the series so the game equivalent having a fresh new soundtrack helps a lot to keep me playing it for a longer period of time.

The soundtrack isn't supposed to remind you of the anime's music, it's supposed to stand up as its own thing while still fitting the series. I'm not sure how far you're in the game but it's probably not that far if you have yet to listen to at least one "epic moment" song, which this game definitely does not lack.

I agree its a good idea to make a new standout soundtracks for the game... but they should have done better, these are forgettable in my opinion, I heard this one good soundtrack but... I forgot about it, it was fun while it lasted but not enough to stick.

This does not beat the Anime's soundtrack and the game would nothing but benefit from keeping at least the biggest hit soundtracks and throw in originals along, since the originals here does not come close to the quality the anime had, but like you said, one or two stand out... yes... but its not Reluctant heroes, the original theme, DOA. More like one of the better non vocal soundtracks of the anime.

Again, agree with the idea of original soundtracks, but not like this, and not having at least the main theme? come on!

1. Turn off in-game music.
2. Blast some Attack on titan anime music in the background of your desktop.
3. Enjoy.

Also, the scene where Mikasa is pumping everyone up after Eren ''died'' the original music there was a sin compared to the scene from the anime. Just some generic sad music. -.-

The soundtrack of the anime probably does not fit the faster paced action of a game, so they made a more fitting soundtrack from scratch.

Also the game's soundtrack is incredible in places, keep an open mind.

You can put the original intro into your game by replacing the .MP4 files were all cutscenes are located with a video of the original intro.... super easy :3
