How to upgrade Skills?

Maybe i am dumb, but how exactly do i upgrade skills? o_o

sorry if it is explained in the tutorial, but i couldnt finish it because i could not find out what "press lb and rb" on keyboard is -.-

You can level up skills in two ways;

1) The skill orbs that drop throughout the levels will grant the player new skills. If you already have that skill, it will level up. Each skill has four levels, adding more power or new effects.

2) There are shops found throughout the game. You can buy new skills or upgrade existing ones with the gold coins/cash you collect playing through the game.
