Last boss help!

The pig form orb is not changing in the final boss. I just am smacking it but nothing happens? AM I missing something?

I restarted the game save and it showed five orbs. SO looks like a minor bug that requires restart to get rid of the pig orb!

There shouldn't be a pig orb at the final boss - never use pig form for the orbs. The pig form is the only one not needed at all (retaining the pig form is absolutely optional in the game for beating the boss).

Do you mistake the appearing boss icon with the snake/frog form orb icon? If so, this happened to me too at first.

Nope there were 6 orbs somehow in my playthrough and then reduced to 5 after restart! The 6th orb definitely looked like a pig LOL! Did you have 5 or 6 orbs in your playthrough?

I never had 6 boss orbs in my playthroughs. Neither with, nor without the pig form in my possession.

Maybe it really glitched for you. It is possible they intended having all 6 form for the boss at first, but changed it later on in game developement. My understanding until know was that pig form is only needed to get the Steam achievement for re-obtaining all forms again in the dark realm, but not for beating the game :)

yes looks like it was just a bug that went unaddressed. Would have loved for it to be used though, he was the first and did not get to defeat the final boss!
