Now I'm stuck at the part right after getting the dragon talisman. I went to the big tall room with the four book pedestals and read them all while in the spectral world, which supposedly taught me pieces of a music sheet, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with them next. The map marker is directly under what looks like a vertical shaft gated by those blocks you can only destroy by possessing a spiky ball, and I assume I'm supposed to get above it somehow, but I can't see how.
