99.9%

It looks like im missing one tiny room or something to visit to fully complete the map. I have every achievement but the 100%map completion. Any unusual areas that can be easily missed, some tiny corner or something idk it is kind of crazy to look the entire map for that tiny spot xD. Thanks in advance!

Maybe in the Prison (room to the left from where you start) or a room before the boss (check the door) ?

Same situation, but its not the boss room or the prison, just stuck at 99.9% map with everything else done, and comparing to a 100% map i cant see anything im missing

99.9% here also. If the border of the map is all filled in with no gaps does it mean the map is complete? Or do you have to fully explore every block?

All chests and secrets found. I've been back to the boss room multiple times. Been through the sewers again going down the wrong ways on the maze. Checked the top of the volcano. Been to both the prison cells. And flown all around the Dark Realm.

You can get to 100%. I was in a similar situation, I wasn't sure if it just didn't say 100%, but trust me it can. For me, I just overlooked this small little save room in the sewers. There is a single room somewhere that you are missing. Hope you can find it!

I will see if that is what I am missing once I get home. I was trying to compare my map with the 100% one but it was just making my eyes bleed!

No Joy. I saved the map as a screen shot and compared to the 100% one in the guide section and I can't see any difference.

The most likely thing to be missing I've found is the hidden room with the second Golden Equipment map (and shortcut back to the portal and first Golden Equipment Map)

It's the room below the top of the long stairway leading to the final boss.
Very easy to go in there and open the chest, then think that's all there is to the room, but it's actually possible to go further down, find the second map and a warp that serves as a shortcut back to the portal in and out of the Dark Realm.
That was the final thing I needed to do for the 100% map completion achievement.
