Beating the last boss lock me out of 100%?

Will beating the final boss prevent me from going back through the game and 100%ing it? Meaning, does beating the last boss end the game for real?

nope, you can go back an search everything that is missing for you (but I'm stuck at 99,9% map exploration...boss room isn't count....dont know)

Do you have a picture of your map. I may be able to find the place where you're missing because i'm really close to 100%

I'm having this problem too. I got Every upgrade and item possible. But still locked in 99,9 even after beating the boss a second time.

Including every music sheet, heart And coin chest?

Yes! Every Music Sheet, Heart and Coin Chest. And I have access to the secret location in Lupia and have played the retro game. Got all Steam Achievements except the 100% Map. I cant even buy new Colored Waterdrops because there is nothing more left to uncover.

According to your map you haven't entered the final corridor to the final boss yet (I can see the clouds behind the map marker that shows your goal unlike the other map that shows the corridor). Just enter the big door go through the corridor until you reach about the half of it (there is a statue) and then check the map again. It should be a 100 %. You can leave the corridor to the left again, if you wish in order to save your progress. Since you have beaten the boss already two times you should have gotten the hidden scene after the credits already. But since you never saved the game after you have entered the final corridor (at least that is what I assume) you will always get 99.9% after reloading the last file save.

I Will try This Later GSandSDS. Actually i beated the last boss more than 2 times. Its more of a "Puzzle Boss". Once you manage to beat the boss at all stages is not exactly dificult to do it again.

Just reporting. I entered the boss room and just like that the game give me the last "trophy" or conquest from absolute nothing. Dont need to walk until the statue . I finally could saw the last extra scene. I just dont get it. Whos the girl in the last secret scene ??
