Do these materials work with Blender?
The title says it all: Do the materials generated by this software work with Blender's Cycles engine? Thanks.

I don't believe Blender can import sbsar files, but you can export the textures and import them into blender

Funny you bring this up because I happened on this just the other day. https://www.reddit.com/r/blender/comments/5972c0/substance_painter_cycles_pbr_import_nodes_works/

for blender use an albedo map instead of diffuse or base color and you'd have much better results.

They should really have a Blender Plugin by now like they have for other Softwares. IDK why companies just ignore Blender as if it doesn't exist.
I'd imagine they want to set up an entirely paid environment, which would be in the interest of all of them. I may be a little naive in thinking this, but I've got the ISP model in my head for how they want this to work. Little do they know, the only reason I consider purchasing tools like this is because of blender. For all of you who don't know about it, go take a look at the filmic color management system!

If i remember correctly, it's a license issue, as blender requires everything to be open source. Principled shader is nice though. :)
