Move Data Question

Does anyone know if there is any way to view hitboxes or damage values for each individual move? I know the dev responds to these threads sometimes so I thought this would be the best place to ask.

Only in the in-game editor, which is disabled. All attack limbs have lines for more precision. The sprites have a rectangle that changes shape based on it's movement, crouching etc.
