This game has a level editor, so there should be Steam Workshop support to share levels with others, and download the levels of others!

I'm not sure if that is completely necessary because the game itself has a way for you to upload your custom levels that you've made and play other people's levels.

The level editor system is completely automated and built into the game! You can create, upload, and play other's level in-game without the need for steam workshop!
