"Password does not match"
Yesterday I tried logging in just to get told my "Password does not match." I requested a password reset link, logged into my e-mail and used it. When it took me to the password reset page it would flicker the main menu screen and then just get stuck showing me the menu background.
Today I tried the password reset link and it worked, I typed in my new password, reset it, and went to log in just to be told my "Password does not match." I thought to myself "Well maybe I just made a typo when typing the password?" so I reset it again... "Password does not match." And then I reset it again "Password does not match." I tried it a fourth time, it didn't work that time either. Is there a time I need to wait after resetting or something?

I'm having the exact same problem. For some reason using the password reset link to change your password does not work.

Sorry there was an issue with the link. When the game was a web game it worked fine (as it linked you to the game) I made it generate a random password instead. Pleas try again.

I really love this game, but I have the same problem though I have recorded my password and email on a separate document and have checked several times and it still will not work,
and when I press the "Forgot password. Email me a new one" button It will say (highlighted in red) Please Check your email and I don't understand if this means that I had typed in my email wrong or it is saying to check my inbox.
So far I have not received a new password, Please help.....

Yesterday I had decided to try the version that isn't on Steam and it had worked just fine when I had typed in all of my data so knowing that this game is account based I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it turned out to work.
So I'm very sorry for wasting your time, and I still don't really know what was wrong but it is now fixed, but thank you for your concern.
