What is this about?

I really hesitate to buy it yet, becuase I really have no idea what this is all about. Is it just a tech demo? A game? An alpha? Is this going to be developed into a full game, or do we just buy some kind of teaser and have to buy the full game later? The video just shows some random 3D rooms, and the description talks about some kind of computer you have to hack?

Some more info about this game or demo or whatever would be really nice.
