What do energy centers do?

Do they restore your energy over time or simply have 1 energy orb thing inside them? Because I don't get more than 20 energy per energy center... am I missing something here?

Energy centers will quickly refill your energy up to a maximum of 100. It doesn't work if you have more than 100 energy. Those 20 you get is from the energy sphere that tends to be found floating in the middle of a energy center.

The enregy center itself is unlimited use (unlike spheres), so you can always go back to them if you need to. But as I've said it only works if you have less than 100.
