1. Search for "Overcooked.exe" in the steam folder in windows explorer
2. Right click overcooked.exe
3. Select "run with graphics processor"
4. Select "high-performance nvidia graphics" or whatever GPU you have.
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, Overcooked, and Poly Bridge all have sub 60 fps, while Witcher 3, PUBG and others are all +60fps. It seems the "lighter" games don't think they need the eGPU, and only run on the integrated graphics, which makes them perform badly. Disabling the integrated graphics doesn't work. I made sure all 3 games were running on the eGPU in the Nvidia Control Panell, but even though they were set to the GTX1080, the performance was low, and it was still using the integrated graphics along side the eGPU, but still sub 60 fps on these indie games.
Anyone have any idea how to get the eGPU to get utilized in these games?
