2 player keyboard controls?

i have try to setup a 2 player control for me and my girlfriend everything is working fine except for the right side of the keyboard CLTR and ALT not functioning so i was wondering if there is any fix to it.

Sorry to hear that you're having a problem with split keyboard controls.
I've just had a play around with this input setup and didn't experience any issues.
So that I can look into this further, I'd like to ask that you please confirm the following information:

1. Your system language
   
2. Your exact keyboard model
   
3. Your keyboard layout (AZERTY, QWERTY, etc...)
   
4. What isn't working for you
   
   • Does input work in the menus
     
   • Is the issue only in-game
     
   • Do all other buttons work

2. im playing a laptop
3. qwerty layout
4. the only key isn't working is my right side CLTR and ALT key which is not functioning but my shift key and the right side movement key for player 2 is working just fine player 1 key are fine as well

Hey Malix! Have you tried playing with a different keyboard at all? If not, it could be a bug, let me know and we can look into a fix for you :)

Hey there, I have the same problem here with the keyboard for mp. I can take the objects but the action button (ctrl) doesn't work at all. Help please, people are waiting ^^ (Microsoft keyboard if this can help).

Just wanted to say that I am experiencing the exact same issue as described. Set up playing with two players on the same keyboard. For the first player, WASD, Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys all work as expected. For the second player, Up, Down, Left, Right, Shift and Alt work correctly, however, the Ctrl key will randomly stop working (no action will occur when button is pressed). When this happens, functionality will normally return shortly afterwards (within 20-30 seconds), however, it is not clear what causes the functionality to return (I have tried a variety of different things...moving around, picking up and dropping an item, etc.)

Tried using a different keyboard, but the bug still occurred.

Love this game and a fix would be great because it makes 2 player mode on the keyboard very frustrating.

Hey,

We had this problem too. The problem is the key combinations (ctrl + shift) toggles the French keyboard. When it is in French Keyboard, the ctrl key will stop working. If you click on the keyboard settings at the bottom right, you can disable/delete the French keyboard and use only the US keyboard.
