The Lake House version is not the Collector's Edition

The Steam page for this bundle says The Lake House is the Collector's Edition, but it does not include the bonus chapter or art gallery and doesn't say Collector's Edition on the title screen.

Is it possible to get the bonus content added?

Update: It appears this problem is tied to the English language version. I changed the language to French, updated it, and when I started up Lake House, the bonus content is there:

I don't know if the problem exists on any of the other languages.

Do you know if any other games from this bundle have this issue as well? Or is this the only Collector's Edition Game in this bundle?

This is the only one I played on my new PC. I'm not sure about any of the others.

Did anyone manage to play the bonus chapter in French then? I really want to play it but don't know a bit of French. This is not fair that English speakers don't get the bonus chapter.

The game doesn't have your language available? Thankfully, they had Polish version.

But yeah, that's horrible. I always play games in English...

Unfortunately, I don't know any other languages so I didn't try playing the bonus chapter in any of them.

Oh, I'm sorry. For some reason I assumed you're from a foreign, non-English speaking country :D

Kinda looking like the devs/publisher either don't read this forum or don't care to fix this. I know the English version used to have a bonus chapter because I had it on my old PC. It really needs it for the story to be complete.
