How do I get to the second world?
I've passed all the levels including 101 and 102, killed the boss but the second world is still locked, is this a bug?

I guess it is I can't enter there either. I'd also like to know how to get there.

you have to collect some sort of keys for it to unlock, so replay some levels to pick them up. I don't remember if it shows on the map whether you collected the keys on a level or not.
