You could, yes. The game is best when it's played by people in the same room but streaming is also an option.
Sorry for any confusion but we tried to make it very clear in the store descriotion that it was local party play. NOTE: This game is in English only and is local multiplayer.This is the standalone version of Fibbage XL, which appears in The Jackbox Party Pack.
Sorry to hear you don't have any friends. I just played a few rounds streaming to hitbox.tv. It worked pretty well, though the latency can be a bit of a problem at times... it didn't cause any real butthurt.

Also, family (friendly) people, don't click on it unless there isn't a minor in the room just in case
It's a PARTY GAME,. that means no single player.
Unless you got multiple phones,. you can play with yourself etc.
Invite some friends to your house (if you even have any with that attitude), and play from your big screen. Or play at work, with some coworkers.
