Game keeps running even after exiting

After I have exited the game via the menu, I can still hear the music in the background and on steam, it is still running. The only way to exit it totally is to utilise Task Manager to shut it down.

Anybody else?

Same here. It never used to be like this. It's. a bit irritating.

Love the game btw. I think it's one of those rare instances where a latter day version is more enjoyable than the original game it's based on.

I have to use the task manager to end the game as it fails to exit properly...

Will there ever be a update to fix the hang upon exiting? Always have to use Task Manger to kill the executable.

I pushed out an update to address this tonight. It should hopefully be available on Steam in the next few hours.

I'll verify tomorrow if it fully works once I can get that update through Steam and test it on a desktop where I've been able to replicate this problem.
