Else if you dont want to cheese camp IN FRONT of the objective because lots of people barrel roll to the objective. If you camp prone in some bush or parallel to a wall like in front of Crete A, you can ambush them somewhat easily.
Also once A and B is taken on Foy you can camp in B and let a wave run past, now you can run after them and backstab.
A mate reliably does 30-40 bayonet killson Foy, so 10 kills with knife should be doable per round you play on defense
Thanks for the advice, I see there is no 'ez' way to do this apart from getting mates online and just 'grinding' them out :D
PS would be nice if DOI had - deathmatch mode like in CS
