That's driver for BattlEye anti cheat and if it causes BSOD then you either have corrupted OS install, damaged hard drive or if it's a permission issue then the file is blocked by the system or apps such as antivirus or antimalware software.

had this problem for 1,5 week .. try'd multiple things and almost gave up, was really close to throwing my pc out of the window.

i fixed this by updating my BIOS.
