The lifebouy take more fuel
The M2 to fire over a longer distance
The Flammenwerfer to do more damage.
Also, the M2 had chemical ignitors in the nozzle kinda like a giant revolver setup. Once lit they only burned for so long. Would be neat to implement the ignitors in game to make the unit a bit more tricky to use and not so spammy.
Chemical ignitors are explained at 12:45s here and then a demonstration starting at 14:35s:

Could be implemented in game as a right click to start the chemical ignitor. Then left clicking applies the fuel stream just as it does now. You have 5 chemical ignitors that burn 8 seconds a piece and once they are used up you have to press 'r' to reload the nozzle with a bundle of 5 more ignitors. Reload process for the ignitors would run about the same timeframe as reloading an MG.
Yeah much simplier solution.
