Cannot enter in the city with the king: cloud bug

Hello,

when you go back to the city with the king, you have to fill a hole with a cyclone and go back to winter so that the king can go through.

Unfortunaly, I cannot move the cloud. Sometime it gets stuck on top of the screen, sometimes it stops in the middle of the way. I am gusting like hell and I cannot move this damn cloud.

Has anyone experienced the same issue ?
