SAVE SLOT GONE

hey guys, it seems that i cant save the game. i arrive at a statue, i prees the exit button and at the start screen of the game i cant find the slot. but when i close the the game and try to open it again, the save slot is gone. i searched an the forum an found that i have to manually create a folder.. i did it and again nothing....

please help me cause i cant manage how to fix it...

Game save files must be located in the path (win 10):
[C:\Users\[name User]\Saved Games\Frontier Developments].
But the username (folder [name User]) must be in English (a problem due to Cyrillic).
A similar problem with saves was in the games Mafia 2 and Mafia 2 DE.
