How to access the in game fractal scaling ?

It mentions in the news release that there is user adjustable in game scaling of the fractal world. i can see that there is some differnt scaling between presets but i can't find any way to adjust this . I am using new Touch controllers on Rift , so I am assuming that all the buttons mapped to Vive controllers will work on Touch ?
