achievment

dos anyone know how to unlock the achievment Level 0? On another thread someone said that they got it by using the power in a random place but I have no idea where that place is

go to the game folder, theres level0.exe

That isn't the legitimate way to get the achievement, though. How do you get it in the game?

I recently figured out how to access Level0 and have made a guide on how to earn it legitimately https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1578510644
