Game doesn't save progress, can't reach disc 2

I've done the first disc twice now, at the end the stats are all zero, even the time. I get the achievement for completing disc 1 but I can't progress onto disc 2.
I was going to contact customer support but the website only has links to BUY the game? why? I did pay for the full game on steam, I should have the whole game, but the game takes up less than a gb on my drive, but apparently It's supposed be 2gb.

It's a fun game with just the right amount of juice to it but juice can't drown out the flaws.

hey, i believe this should be fixed now, if you go to <username>\appdata\LocalLow\Gabe Cuzzillo\ApeOut and delete the folder called Save.json, i think that should do it. let me know if that works, and apologies for the problem!
