Hi mental,

I'm sorry to hear that your game is not launching.

If this is still happening could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting in the link below and go through any of the steps you may not have tried, then try again:

https://ubi.li/x17TX

However, if the issue persists could you please confirm your PC specifications.
uplay is the problem, delete it, same happened with me on watch dogs 1, uplay is obsolete
wdym delete uplay? the game wont launch w/o ubi connect

Hey guys, sorry to hear that some of you have been having trouble launching Watch Dogs 2.

To troubleshoot your launching issue I would recommend to complete the steps listed below

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Watch Dogs 2.
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Launch Steam using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.
- Perform a clean boot [support.microsoft.com] to ensure that a 3rd party app is not interfering.

Any trouble, would it be possible to share your system specs?

Many thanks

before restarting PC I was checking if there are corrupted files and u should check if u have mods cuz that can be a problem
bet! Makes sense, specially since the "Ubisoft Game Launcher folder" is nowhere to be found... but at the same time, I've already reinstalled the ubi app 10 times or so... I'm not even mad about anymore, just sad because playing a game shouldn't be this hard, specially a 3xA title, but oh well....

Ubi support team is telling me to create a new windows user, which I'm hesitant to do, mainly because my main user should be able to play it without all this fuzz....
