Anyone else seem to not be able to do a lot of the starting missions like cyberdriver or the hiratio one?

For one of the cyber driver missions when you have to meet the paparazzi on the roof theres a duplicate model inside of him to begin with I could kill it and thought nothing of it but noticed at the end of the cutscene with him you get stuck on an all black screen with game noises of cars and pedestrians in the background and for hiratio you just dont get the E prompt to talk to him to activate the mission and thats one of the bigger issues with the game for me is missing prompt button to interact and start the mission or infinite loading/black screen I havent been able to buy it since I purchased and spent nights trying to fix this issue with no results

What about the black screen and infinite loading? When do these happen?

Can you share with us the full specs of your PC please?
Include the GPU driver version and the game's installation path as well.
