How do i upgrade my base game to GOLD EDITION?

never thought i like the gameplay and vibes of this game, but unfortunately i bought the base game only, if so how do i purchase the gold edition? Do i need to pay the full price again?

I don't think there is an update like this available, however, you can purchase DLC separately and there is a Summer Sale ongoing at the moment (as if 28.06.2024)
Watch Dogs to is at 90% discount, DLCs at 85%. Though, you probably already know about it.
