Watch dogs 2 not launching

Whenever I start watch dogs 2, the game shows the splash screen for a sec or two before crashing. I've tried adding the -eac_shortcut but it doesn't work. I've also tried other stuff like removing the dgbhelp.dll file from the directory and it doesnt do anything.

Windows 11 is refusing the load of the EAC.sys driver due to its core isolation security feature. Either you disable Core Isolation or you don't play the game. Personally, I wouldn't stop Core Isolation and make my PC vulnerable just because a game decided to use anti cheat procedures. I remember playing this game though without issue in Windows 10. The devs should make a version of eac compatible with Windows 11 security protocols.
