it doesnt make sense. my cpu is far over minimum requirement. also the game started to lag and drop in fps.

Says the same thing yet my computer runs it perfectly. Maybe for you on the other hand...
Maybe yours is just lower than required or else there would not be lag or drops.

You should go into your settings and customize them, I recommend turning off Vsync. I never used Vsync anyway.

Heime, can you start with our troubleshooting guide[ubi.li] for me? The steps we recommend are able to solve the vast majority of performance issues. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.

If the game continues to stutter, can you let me know your system specs? I'd need your CPU, GPU, and RAM.
