How do you trigger dedsec events in singleplayer?

I play with a mod installed so my game's online features are disabled, but I still really enjoy these random events and especially quite like playing Hunt which is essentially a singleplayer version of Bounty Hunter. Only problem is these events are random and in maybe 30 hours of gameplay I've only gotten two spawns of it, so I'd like to know how to trigger them manually. Even with cheats or a mod.
