Need help with accessing DLC

I have both no compromise and human conditions purchased on here but they are not showing up in the premium content tab of the main menu and is rendering my content inaccessible. Even ubisoft connect says i own these dlcs but ive tried so many different options and nothing has worked and im about to lose my mind. I could really use some help, steam wont refund either since its over the two hour period.

Yeah this is a known issue I wish they would fix. I'm in the same place.
I was able to access it once but they've since disappeared after closing and reopening the game.
From what I've seen others say and why it might have shown up for me the one time - it could have been, after playing coop with a random person who owned the DLC too (triggering mine to show). Don't know for sure, I played through a couple missions on one of them and they're gone now.

So it seems there is no fix, and god knows if ubisoft will bother addressing this issue seeing as this is a 2016 game. Kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is basically a scam at this point for any new players who purchase the game and then want some of the dlc theyll end up not getting what they paid for.

I am also experiencing this problem. Season pass content is appearing in the loading screen but none of the DLC missions which are what I am wanting to access, despite them being downloaded and in my steam library. I feel scammed and disappointed considering the main game was really enjoyable. I'll try to reinstall the DLC and see if that can make it work and if it does I will update here

Ive reinstalled my dlcs multiple times but no matter what they refuse to show up. Let us know though if you have any luck

Go to Library in steam. Find Watch Dogs 2 from left menu, right click Watch Dogs 2, check from DLC tab that all that you own is checked. You can enable DLC there from menu.

Oh forgot to say, DLC is under Properties in the right click menu...

Ive already done that since i already stated that i have reinstalled the dlc's multiple times using that exact method but the game still refuses to detect that i own the content.

There was a Ubisoft Connect update recently and looks like DLC is fixed!
