4090 graphics card while looking at the sky

When can Ubisoft fix the issue of screen flickering on the 4090 graphics card while looking at the sky？ This has been going on for six months now

I get this but not only the sky as other flickering as well that seems only in daytime not at night in game .How to fix please and have latest driver with the RTX 4070 and CPU using AMD Ryzen 5700g.Very off putting.

Had the same issue with a 4090.Found a fix in this youtube video comment section: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBrfjdZnfHg (shout out to @user-ny2xf6lm6f).

- Download DXVK (latest version seems to work fine even though the guy recommends using 1.3.3) (https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/tag/v2.2)
- Copy d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll (from x64 folder) to your game "bin" folder

flickering is gone, buuut, the game doesn't run even at 60. jittery AF, it's also unsharp, and ubi overlay tells me that my graphicscard drivers are old, and i can't remove the info box.
they won't even let you fix this game yourself without a hitch. (probably also need to turn of their overlay, but that doesn't fix the rest of the issues i presume?)
hope they add this fix officially, cause damn.

Same as and should not be selling in this way and i run the RTX 4070 and still cant play the game meant to be.Want money back but cant get this and so have rob me.This problem could make you ill because of the flashing going on with some people.

Easy Anti Cheat. To disable it add -eac_launcher to the game launch options, it will forcefully disable all network play.
