CASUAL CRASH WATCH DOGS 2
I open the game, start the game, after a short playing time (10 seconds / 2 minutes of play), the game freezes and after about 2 seconds, it crashes.

usually it's a video driver issue, I had that issue already

when it asks me to upgrade the drivers I do it then the issue would happen & the only way I fixed it was to reinstall the previous driver

Unfortunately this does not help, I updated the driver, but the situation has not changed.

I first freezes, although fps 60+, and then after 1-2 minutes of game freezes and the game just crashes, and Ubisoft even mocked, offering to send a report to they solved this problem.

no, you misread my comment, usually, it's a driver issue sometimes reinstalling the previous drivers work not upgrading, when issues start after I upgraded the driver I delete the new driver & install the previous driver, which is what I said,

I dont know why this happens but maybe you can check the game files wich is allready an option on steam.

I never liked AMD, and ever since I tried using their Fury X, nothing but issues & crashes if I was you go with Nvidia, the only issue I got were driver issues

no, I said the next time your video card goes out buy Nvidia, not b/c 1 game doesn't work.
like I told you, I'm sure others had issues using AMD
