Steam Achievements / Trading Cards

Are they planned? I guess a lot of players would love to have some Watch Dogs 2 backgrounds and emotes, as the artstyle of the game looks really nice :)

Nop, the game uses Uplay, all achievements are used by it .
Trading cards also possibly not, all Uplay games going be like that now

Well Anno 2205 had both too, and its not that old too.
But sad to hear if we wouldnt even get achievements here on steam

Oh well, but aye doesnt affect the fun we're gonna get playing it though ? Am i right?

Unless it turns out like watchdogs 1 but looking at youtube vids etc it looks amazing

I am not fully sure about my memory, but are wallpaper packs and such not part of the uplay store as well? Uplay achievements give us Uplay points, whatever they're called, and with those we should be able to buy such packs. Or am I wrong? :-)

Yes correct , also each game have some DLC witch you can buy with that credits .

I'm not seeing any packs on the Watch Dogs 2 Ubisoft Reward page[club.ubisoft.com] but there are other in-game perks to use your points on.
